Terms & Conditions

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the higher of the Actual Weight or Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight of the shipment.

• Volumetric Weight is calculated as per: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000 = Volume weight

• Customs Duty, Import Duty, and other applicable taxes are based on the destination country's customs regulations and the declared value of the goods.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver (consignee).

• The sender is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information.

• The shipment must not contain any prohibited or restricted items as per applicable laws and courier regulations.

• By handing over the shipment, the sender agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

• Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by customs, weather, airline schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the courier's control.

• The courier's liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the applicable carriage conditions, unless additional insurance has been purchased.

• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the prescribed time limit along with the required supporting documents.

• The courier reserves the right to inspect any shipment if required by law or security regulations.

• Any additional charges arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery, return shipment, storage, or re-delivery shall be borne by the sender or consignee, as applicable.
